This Privacy Policy describes how CREATIVE STUDIO (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Creative Studio", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses and handles information when you use the Creative Studio mobile application or website.
When you contact Creative Studio or use contact-related features, you may voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, contact or inquiry details, messages, and other information you choose to provide.
When you use our application, certain technical information may be collected automatically by the app or services integrated into it. Depending on the device, operating system, permissions and service configuration, this may include device type and model, operating system and version, app version, app installation or instance identifiers, language or general device settings, IP address, network information, app usage and interaction information, diagnostic information, performance information and crash information.

Our application may use Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how users interact with the app. Information processed may include app launches and sessions, screens viewed, features or buttons used, app interaction events, app version, device model, operating system information, approximate or general location information where applicable, app-instance or related identifiers, usage statistics and engagement information.
Our application may use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, errors and stability problems. Crashlytics may process crash reports and stack traces, device model, operating system and version, app version, application state at the time of a crash, Firebase installation identifiers, diagnostic information, technical logs and error information.
We may use information to respond to contact requests and inquiries, communicate about our photography and related services, provide and maintain app or website functionality, understand app usage, analyze performance and engagement, diagnose crashes and bugs, improve stability and user experience, protect our services from misuse, and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. We do not sell users' personal information.
Our app and website may use third-party services that process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. These may include Google Firebase services such as Firebase Hosting, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Installation services and related Firebase infrastructure. Google may process technical information, identifiers, analytics information, diagnostic information and other data necessary to provide these services.
If you contact us using a phone number, email address, contact feature or another communication method, the information you provide may be used to respond to your request. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create or confirm a photography booking. Service availability, pricing, dates and other arrangements should be confirmed directly with Creative Studio.
We may share information with service providers that help operate our app or website, including analytics and crash-reporting providers; when required to comply with applicable law or lawful legal process; to protect the rights, security or safety of Creative Studio, our users or others; or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction where permitted by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Analytics, diagnostic and technical information may be retained according to the retention settings and policies of the applicable Google or Firebase services.

Depending on your device, operating system, region and applicable law, you may have controls relating to privacy, permissions, analytics, advertising identifiers or personalized advertising. You may also contact us regarding personal information you have directly provided to Creative Studio.
Our app and website are not specifically directed toward children for the purpose of collecting personal information. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we become aware that information from a child has been collected inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to address it.
